I began teaching at Mulberry Waldorf School in 2010 as the facilitator for the Saturday Morning Parent and Child Program and as a supply teacher for the Early Childhood and Grade School programs. I became an Assistant Teacher in the Kindergarten program in March 2012 and Lead Kindergarten Teacher in February of 2014. I am also a long-time parent of three enthusiastic Mulberry Waldorf School students.
Prior to teaching at Mulberry, I worked as a teacher in both the private and public sectors and engaged in graduate level studies in Education at Queen’s University. As time allows, I continue to participate in research work involving children’s health and education.
All year round, I love to make music with family and friends (especially children’s music) and to participate in outdoor activities, including biking and running, swimming and canoeing, and skating and cross- country skiing.
